The occupational rules applicable to the activities performed by the Law Firm of Neumann + Dickersbach are the Bundesrechtsanwaltsordnung (BRAO - Federal Regulations for Attorneys), the Rechtsanwaltsvergütungsgesetz (RVG - Law about the Remuneration for Attorneys) and the Berufsordnung für Rechtsanwälte (BORA - the Professional Code for Attorneys). Competent licensing offices for the law firm are the state justice departments of the federal states of Berlin, Brandenburg and Schleswig-Holstein, respectively.
The activities performed by the notaries of the firm are regulated by the Bundesnotarordnung (BNotO - Federal Regulations for Notaries), the Beurkundungsgesetz (BeurkG - Certification Law), the Kostenordnung.(KostO - Regulations for Remuneration), the Dienstordnung (DONot - Notaries' Professional Code) and the guidelines of the Berliner Notarkammer (notary association). The supervisory board for notaries is the Office of the President of the District Court of Berlin, located at Tegeler Weg 17-21, 10617 Berlin, Germany.
