The occupational rules applicable to the activities performed by the Law Firm of Neumann + Dickersbach are the Bundesrechtsanwaltsordnung (BRAO - Federal Regulations for Attorneys), the Rechtsanwaltsvergütungsgesetz (RVG - Law about the Remuneration for Attorneys) and the Berufsordnung für Rechtsanwälte (BORA - the Professional Code for Attorneys). The activities performed by the notaries of the firm are regulated by the Bundesnotarordnung (BNotO - Federal Regulations for Notaries), the Beurkundungsgesetz (BeurkG - Certification Law), the Kostenordnung.(KostO - Regulations for Remuneration), the Dienstordnung (DONot - Notaries' Professional Code) and the guidelines of the Berliner Notarkammer (notary association).
